DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS?
We accept bulk orders. (10 pcs or more.)
5% discount on your total if you order in bulk.
Freebies and tokens are included for bulk orders.
WHEN IS YOUR CUT-OFF OF ORDERS?
Cut-off of orders is every FRIDAY, 6pm.
Pre-orders will open every SATURDAY.
Saturday orders will be processed the next Monday.
We are NOT accepting orders every SUNDAY.
No minimum order!
HOW LONG IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
Production time will take 7-10 days. Delivery days are not included.
For bulk orders, please message us at least 3-4 weeks before your desired date of delivery/pick-up.
Please, NO RUSH ORDERS!
HOW CAN I CHOOSE A DESIGN?
Choose on our design samples or send us your own design.
Send us your own design, logo, or artwork thru MESSENGER, INSTAGRAM or EMAIL.
You can also buy plain katsa item without any print.
IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Our items are wrapped with brown paper, old newspaper, or magazine and tied with compostable string.
For bulk orders, we will provide a box for delivery.
We are trying to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We ship nationwide thru LBC or J&T Express.
Shipping fee will be based on your location.
You can pay thru BDO, GCash, Maya or Palawan Express.
For bulk orders, an initial 50% payment will be required before we process your order.
